Pronounciation of acronyms is usually wrong. Some acronyms are common and should be recognized, like "APIs" -- is being pronounced "eh eyes", no P. Some acronyms are more random or general, like "WXYZ". Those should be spoken as individual letters. As it stands, I need to edit to be "W X Y Z" for example; not a big deal but friction for copy-paste text sources. A word that starts with more than one capital letter is a strong clue to use spell-out.
